1. Definitions & Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Pak3x ("we", "us", "the Platform", "Pak3x") governing your use of all services, games, and betting markets available at pak3x.app. These Terms apply to every person who visits, registers on, or uses the Pak3x platform in any way.
1.2 Definitions Used in This Document
- Platform: The Pak3x website at pak3x.app and all associated services, games, and tools.
- Account: The registered user profile created by you on Pak3x, including your balance, bet history, and personal information.
- PKR Balance: Pakistani Rupees held in your Pak3x account available for wagering or withdrawal.
- Bet / Wager: Any real-money stake placed on a game, match, or market offered by Pak3x.
- Bonus: Any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit offered to you by Pak3x under specific conditions.
- Winnings: Amounts credited to your Pak3x account as a result of a successful bet or game outcome.
- RNG: Random Number Generator — the certified software system used to generate random outcomes in games on Pak3x.
1.3 Acceptance
By creating a Pak3x account, clicking "I agree" during the registration process, or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the Pak3x platform.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the Pak3x platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Pak3x reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement is not met. Any winnings obtained by underage users will be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on Pak3x. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to be controlled by the same individual, Pak3x will close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any balances or bonuses held in those accounts.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Pak3x account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.
2.4 Account Verification
Pak3x may require identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Verification documents may include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts that fail verification may have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed.
3. Account Security & Your Responsibility
3.1 Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pak3x account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. Pak3x staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances — if anyone claiming to represent Pak3x asks for your password, treat this as a fraudulent communication and contact our support team immediately.
3.2 Unauthorised Access
If you suspect that your Pak3x account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact our support team at support@pak3x.app immediately. Pak3x will take reasonable steps to secure the account. However, you acknowledge that bets placed before you notify us of any unauthorised access are valid and cannot be reversed simply on the basis of the unauthorised access claim.
3.3 Device Security
You are responsible for ensuring the device you use to access Pak3x is secure. Pak3x is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account through a device you own or control. We recommend logging out of your Pak3x account when using shared or public devices.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
Pak3x currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions on Pak3x are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Pak3x does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
- Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction
- Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on verification status and payment method. Your account dashboard displays applicable limits.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are processed instantly and credited to your Pak3x account balance without delay. IBFT bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank or financial institution. Pak3x does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by Pak3x within the following timeframes: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals — typically within 5 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals — within 15–30 minutes; IBFT bank transfers — within 2–4 business hours; Visa/Mastercard — 1–3 business days. Pak3x reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments
Deposits to your Pak3x account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your Pak3x account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on Pak3x are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, in addition to these general Terms. The minimum bet across all Pak3x sports betting markets is Rs 100. Minimum stakes for casino games and Ludo vary by game and entry level. All bets are final once confirmed — Pak3x does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system.
5.2 Game Outcomes and RNG
All casino games, Ludo dice rolls, and other randomly determined game outcomes on Pak3x use a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG produces statistically random results that cannot be influenced by Pak3x, its staff, or any player. Pak3x does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
5.3 Sports Betting Settlement
Sports betting markets — including all cricket and PSL markets — are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). For PSL matches, the official PCB result is the final arbiter. In the case of abandoned matches, Pak3x settlement rules as stated in the relevant sport's rule page apply. Markets will be voided and stakes returned if a match does not produce an official result.
5.4 Live In-Play Betting
Pak3x offers live in-play betting on selected sports events. Odds on live markets update continuously and bets are accepted subject to the current live market state at the time of placement. Pak3x reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets confirmed before a market is suspended remain valid and will be settled on the official result.
5.5 Obvious Errors
In the event that odds, bet limits, or game parameters are published due to a technical error at clearly incorrect values, Pak3x reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous values. This is limited to cases of manifest, obvious error — not to cases where Pak3x simply wishes a result were different. Where a bet is voided under this clause, the full stake is returned to the player's account.
6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
6.1 Bonus Eligibility
Promotional bonuses on Pak3x are available to eligible registered users as specified in each offer's terms. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only, on first deposit. Players who have previously held a Pak3x account under any name or identity are not eligible for new-account bonuses. One bonus per person, per household, and per device applies.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by Pak3x are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms at the time of the promotion. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not contribute to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.3 Bonus Expiry
All Pak3x bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings are removed from the account automatically. Expiry periods are clearly stated in each offer's terms — check before accepting a bonus.
6.4 Abuse of Bonus Offers
Pak3x takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes for wagering requirement completion, using bets on both sides of a market to fulfil requirements, or any other behaviour designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and derived winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
7. Prohibited Conduct
7.1 Actions That Are Not Permitted on Pak3x
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Pak3x platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:
- Registering more than one account in any name or under any identity
- Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with Pak3x in a non-human manner
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any Pak3x game or betting system
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes in poker or any multi-player game
- Using a payment method not registered in your own name
- Placing bets on behalf of another person or allowing another person to place bets using your account
- Any attempt to launder money or use Pak3x for any purpose connected to financial crime
- Verbally abusing, harassing, or threatening Pak3x staff or other users
- Attempting to reverse engineer or access the Pak3x platform through any means other than the standard web interface
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Pak3x's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
Pak3x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that suspicious activity is present, that verification requirements have not been met, or that continued access would represent a risk to the platform or its users.
8.2 What Happens to Your Balance on Closure
If your account is closed by Pak3x due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for verification failure only, your verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the verification process is completed satisfactorily.
8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request voluntary closure of your Pak3x account at any time by contacting support@pak3x.app. Before closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to re-open an account and claim new-account promotions again. Self-exclusion requests are processed under the Responsible Gaming section below.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Your Data on Pak3x
Pak3x collects and processes personal data as described in full in our Privacy Policy. By registering on Pak3x, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as set out in that policy. We use your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Pak3x platform. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
9.2 Data Security
Pak3x uses industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your personal and financial data. While we take every reasonable step to secure your information, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, as set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
9.3 Cookies
Pak3x uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and understand how users interact with the site. By continuing to use Pak3x after seeing our cookie notice, you consent to our use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Responsible Gaming
10.1 Pak3x's Commitment
Pak3x is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. When it stops being enjoyable and starts to cause financial stress or affect your daily life, that is a sign that intervention is needed. Pak3x provides several tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly.
10.2 Responsible Gaming Tools Available on Pak3x
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your Pak3x account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Session Time Reminders: Enable notifications that alert you when you have been logged into Pak3x for a specified period of time.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (7 days to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Pak3x platform. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be accessed and you will not receive promotional communications from Pak3x.
- Reality Checks: Enable on-screen prompts at regular intervals that show you how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Platform Availability
Pak3x aims to maintain uninterrupted platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in downtime. Pak3x is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, provided we take reasonable steps to notify users in advance of planned maintenance where possible.
11.2 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pak3x's total liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Pak3x is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
11.3 Your Responsibility for Gaming Losses
Gaming involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. You acknowledge that any money wagered on Pak3x may be lost, and that Pak3x is not responsible for the outcomes of your gaming decisions. You are solely responsible for the bets and gaming decisions you make on the platform.
12. Amendments, Governing Law & Contact
12.1 Changes to These Terms
Pak3x reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated with each revision. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pak3x regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings between you and Pak3x on the same subject matter.
